Hilda Chamber

The Pirtti’s history dates back to the 1920s when it served as a craft school. Hilda Lukkarinen was chosen as the first teacher of the Rovaniemi craft school, and the renovated upstairs meeting room has been named after her.

The Hilda Chamber combines a charming traditional log ambiance with a modern, cozy, and warm atmosphere. The chamber is an excellent choice for small celebrations or meetings, and it includes a small kitchenette area where refreshments and drinks can be arranged. There is a coat rack and a restroom in the entrance hall, and the downstairs restrooms can also be used if there is no separate event taking place there. The chamber is located on the second floor of Pirtti, without an elevator, so the space is not accessible for wheelchair.
